We design and manufacture a wide range of flexographic (Definition: A printing process that uses a quick drying, low viscosity ink based on volatile solvents, including water.) printing presses. There is usually no need for expensive and energy hungry dryers with this type of printing. These presses are designed to be easy to use, simple to operate and use readily available rubber or photo-polymer dies. These presses can be used to print corrugated boxes and sheets, multi-wall bags, chipboard sheets and boxes, pre-printed blister cards, die cut discs and wood. Most of the presses will not be able to print all of these items. See the chart below. Any of the presses listed below can be used to print bar codes if used with our optional anilox ink rollers. |
